This Statement of Compliance is prepared by or on behalf of TerraAqua, the manufacturer of the product identified above.
In the opinion of the manufacturer, the product complies with the applicable security requirements in Schedule 1 of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
Defined support period
Security updates for the ReefCore Controller will be provided until at least 31 August 2031.
This minimum commitment covers capable ReefCore controller software and firmware, the controller-hosted setup and management interface, the manufacturer-developed update mechanism, and associated TerraAqua software used for or in connection with the product's intended functions. TerraAqua may extend this period but will not shorten it.
Signed product copy
A signed and dated copy of this Statement of Compliance accompanies each supplied ReefCore Controller. The signed copy identifies the authorised signatory, function, place and date of issue.
